If you're experiencing a problem with the app, the fastest way to reach us is through the App Store:

Open the App Store on your device.
Find Wandervox and tap "Report a Problem" or leave a review describing the issue.

We monitor App Store feedback and respond to issues there.

The app needs my microphone — why? Wandervox uses speech recognition so you can practice speaking German out loud. You can also play with text input only; the mic is optional.
I can't download zone content. Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data. Zone assets (audio and images) are downloaded after you subscribe so the app stays small.
How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID — open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
I want a refund. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
