Welcome to Wandervox: Berlin ("the App"), developed by Kaan Oğuz. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Description of Service

Wandervox: Berlin is a language-learning app that helps users practice A1-level German through interactive conversations set in Berlin. The App offers both free and premium content.

2. Subscription

The App offers an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks all A1 zones and content:

• A1 Access — 6 Months: €9.99 every 6 months.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Free Content

The Café zone is available for free without a subscription. No payment is required to access this content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to text, dialogue, images, audio, and code — is owned by or licensed to the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
